Scan Spare Parts for Free!
Mining Element offers to scan spare parts for equipment from OEM manufacturers at no cost.
Brands such as Liming, MP-partner, NFLG, Alis saga, Zenith, Saes, Meka, Mesda, and others are actively entering the Russian market. However, ensuring the continuous supply of spare parts for these brands' equipment is becoming a challenge. Manufacturers are more focused on selling the equipment itself rather than the spare parts market. Consequently, finding and supplying parts at reasonable prices is no easy task.
Mining Element offers a preventive solution with a new promotion. By participating, you will receive a ready-made catalogue that allows you to order and promptly receive quality components for new equipment at prices more favourable than those of the manufacturers. Additionally, for promotion participants, operational pay-per-use agreements (OPI) are available.
It should be noted that Mining Element does not transfer the design documentation of the scanned items as part of this promotion. The set of technical documentation with drawings remains the intellectual property of the company. However, reverse engineering will allow Mining Element to become a reliable source of uninterrupted spare parts supply for promotion participants, regardless of the market policies of equipment manufacturers.
Any mining and non-metallic equipment prepared for scanning can participate in the promotion:
-
Scanning must be conducted in a dry room (or under a canopy), avoiding direct sunlight and precipitation on the parts' surfaces;
-
Wind gusts should not exceed 5 m/s. The ambient and part temperature should be between +15 to +35°C, with air humidity not exceeding 80% without condensation;
-
Parts to be scanned must be cleaned of dust, dirt, oil, snow, ice, etc. Spare parts must also be freed from transport packaging (rebar strapping, stacked packaging);
-
Free space of at least one metre around the part is required. For parts taller than 1.5 metres, a stepladder/scaffolding is necessary;
-
The scanning area should have 220V electrical outlets and an extension cord with at least two sockets;
-
Lifting equipment must be available for scanning heavy and oversized parts;
-
Parts intended for work must be located by the organiser (personally or in coordination with the customer) before the scanning engineer arrives on-site. All preparatory and scanning operations should comply with the safety requirements in effect at the customer's facility.
Participate in the promotion to ensure your enterprise has an uninterrupted supply of quality spare parts. Submit a request for our engineers to visit through the form..
