We work with a wide range of SKUs, supported by our own evolving IT infrastructure. All data are systematized and stored in company catalogues – convenient and secure.
Next, product creation. Before launching production, we select manufacturers based on technical capabilities, quality control, pricing, and raw-material sourcing. Our machining technologists and metallurgy/polymers specialists continually develop supplier capabilities and raise quality. Mining Element works with manufacturers worldwide: China, South Africa, Russia, Finland, Turkey, India, Germany, Spain, the Czech Republic, and other countries with advanced production.
Then, product support. We honor warranty obligations, upgrade products based on field experience, and provide technical support. To keep the customer-manufacturer chain running smoothly, we employ both market-support specialists (who know the machines and maintain the electronic catalogue) and production specialists who work with our design engineers, factories, and process engineers.
