Impact (rotor) crushers with a horizontal shaft are used at the first, second, and third stages of rock crushing. The core element is a horizontally mounted rotor fitted with blow bars. Material is accelerated to high speed and then strikes the impact plates, chamber walls, and other particles; these collisions break the rock into smaller fractions. Such crushers are widely used in ore processing and in the production of building stone, often running 24/7 as a plant “workhorse.”
Mining Element produces and supplies spare parts for horizontal shaft impact crushers from leading brands: Sandvik, Metso, Terex, Telsmith, Uralmash, FLSmidth, Hazemag, ThyssenKrupp, TRIO, Zenith, and others.
Components are designed and manufactured in accordance with ISO 9001 and meet the requirements of customers in both non-metallic materials production and the mining industry.
Mining Element offers blow bars and hammers made from 15 alloy types across three groups: manganese steel, martensitic steel, and high-chromium white cast iron. Ceramic or titanium-carbide inserts can be added. Material selection is based on the hardness and abrasiveness of the feed. Product size, moisture content, rotor speed, and crusher loading are also critical parameters.
Case: Element blow bars for horizontal impact crushers lasted 4 times longer than comparable analogues. For the manufacture of impact plate linings, Mining Element uses high-chromium white cast iron and manganese steel. Frame linings can be made of cast iron, manganese steel, and various types of wear-resistant steel with high Brinell hardness.
Our comprehensive offering covers standard parts as well as components manufactured to customer drawings.
The key advantage of Mining Element products is a service life that matches or exceeds OEM parts – at a more favourable price. Components are wear-resistant; with the correct materials and design, they withstand loads at extreme temperatures and in aggressive environments and resist deformation.
Complete technical support. Assistance with parts lists, drawings, documentation, manufacturing, and installation.
Availability. If a part is in stock, it is shipped on the day of order. If not, manufacturing and delivery take three to five months.
Cost benefit. Depending on the processed rock, one operating hour with Element parts can be up to 4× cheaper than with analogues.
