Element Spare Parts for Jaw Crushers
Jaw crushers are typically used for primary crushing. They handle the largest feed sizes and work effectively on abrasive, high-strength materials. During operation they are exposed to high impact loads, which over time leads to wear of parts and assemblies. To avoid emergency stoppages, maintenance and repairs must be performed on schedule, including the regular replacement of spare and wear parts.
Compatibility with Leading BrandsMining Element is a manufacturer and supplier of high-quality, wear-resistant parts for crushing and screening equipment from both domestic and international brands, including Sandvik, Terex, Telsmith, Uralmash, FLSmidth, Hazemag, ThyssenKrupp, TRIO, Zenith, and others. For jaw crushers, we supply parts that replicate the original design as well as design-adjusted versions tailored to customer needs and operating conditions to prevent premature wear and extend overhaul intervals.
Wear Parts — What They Deliver
Jaw Plates and Cheek Liners
Mining Element produces jaw liners from manganese steel. The content of manganese, chromium, and other alloying elements is selected according to the strength and abrasiveness of the crushed rock. Alongside standard profiles, we manufacture cheek liners to customer drawings or as individual projects developed by our design bureau.
Case: Increased service life of cheek liners.Standard Alloys
Mn13Cr2 — С: for non-abrasive rocks of small and medium hardness.
Mn18Cr2 — D: for general application.
Mn22Cr — D1: for the strongest and most abrasive rocks.
Element TC
Jaw liners in standard alloys C, D, D1 can be reinforced with titanium-carbide (TiC) inserts. Thanks to special casting processes and heat treatment, these liners are more resistant to impact loads and cracking. In tests, liners with inserts demonstrated 1.5 to 4× longer service life than classic manganese-steel armor without inserts.
Side Liners, Toggle Plates, and Fasteners
Side liners for the frame and the toggle plate for the movable jaw are produced from manganese steel or wear-resistant steels with high Brinell hardness. All standard fasteners are available (bolts, nuts, washers) as well as special fasteners such as wedges and clamping/support strips.
Quality at a competitive price.
Production and quality control comply with ISO 9001, and equipment at partner plants is automated. This ensures high product quality and the absence of defects. If a defect is discovered, the part will be replaced free of charge.
We manufacture spare parts from structural and alloy steels, cast iron, and bronze. Parts are resistant to severe mechanical stress. We continuously improve the technical parameters of supplied parts and select alloys and technologies that extend component life. Element-brand components meet industry standards and are interchangeable with OEM replacement parts.
