Mining Element has, for the third time, confirmed its compliance with ISO 9001 standards

For those unaware, this standard helps to identify and eliminate inefficient processes, reduce waste, optimize operations, and promote informed decision-making. Indeed, compliance helps to reduce costs and improve the company's results in working with both customers and partners.

For three consecutive years, Mining Element has proven to international auditors that its company processes and Quality Management System (QMS) meet global standards. The auditor is SGS, one of the most demanding audit companies in the field of standardization.

Based on the results of the inspection, the auditor concludes about the state of the company. If there are deviations, the auditor issues non-compliances and highlights ways for further improvements. In 2023, SGS found no deviations in the processes and made two recommendations.

"The fact that we have once again passed the audit without non-compliances and received only two recommendations means that our business processes continue to evolve. For the end consumer, this means that we guarantee the best combination of price and quality of our products…" commented Evgeny Ankudinov, Head of the Quality Department at Mining Element.
