THOR (The Highest of Resistance®) has turned five years old. To celebrate, Mining Element has launched the promotion "Black Linings for the Orange Price". This gives one the opportunity to test THOR liners with increased wear life without additional expenses.

In 2018, Mining Element started manufacturing wear parts for cone and jaw crushers. Over the years, black linings have been repeatedly tested at mining and non-mining enterprises. Sometimes their wear life reached twice the size compared to analogs from other manufacturers. In terms of performance, they surpass even Element’s standard Orange linings.

THOR Technology: Minimal Lining Wear

THOR is a technology for modifying the structure of manganese steel. A modifier is added to the molten metal. This results in a more uniform and dense structure. It also reduces harmful impurities and non-metallic inclusions, which increases the strength of the product.

"Mining Element" applies THOR technology for producing linings for jaw, cone, and gyratory crushers, as well as cast wear parts for feeders.

To celebrate the fifth anniversary of the product, Mining Element is offering the chance to apply THOR linings at enterprises for the price of regular linings. To participate in the promotion, you need to fulfill the following conditions: record the wear life of previous liner sets on the same crushers, and after using THOR, record the performance of the black linings and provide us with the data.
