Introducing the Next Generation of NovaTHOR Compounds

NovaTHOR® products are two-component epoxy resin-based compounds. These compounds are designed to fill the cavities between the surfaces of wear and structural parts of cone and gyratory crushers.

In its previous version, the NovaTHOR compound already gained popularity among our customers due to its high performance: the epoxy composition effectively absorbs energy and reduces vibration thanks to its high impact strength and compressive strength. NovaTHOR also offers a high degree of shrinkage resistance and temperature stability, ensuring reliable equipment operation even in the most demanding conditions.

A Next-Generation Compound

By continuously studying market needs and the specific technological processes of our customers, we are constantly improving even our top products. As a result, we have enhanced several parameters of NovaTHOR to elevate the user experience with our product to an even higher level.

Advantages of the Updated Compound:

• Increased working time of the mixture: Now 25 minutes at 25°C, compared to 15 minutes in the previous version.
• Reduced curing time: Now 7 minutes at 25°C, compared to 18 minutes in the previous version.
• Higher mixture density: Now 1,750 kg/m³, compared to 1,600 kg/m³ in the previous version.
• Increased hardness (Shore D): Now >90, compared to >80 in the previous version.

Sanction Resistance

We produce the updated NovaTHOR products in Russia. In the current environment, this significantly simplifies logistics, reduces dependence on customs restrictions, and speeds up deliveries to the Russian and CIS markets.
