Subsidiary Russian Mining Element Ltd. Co. exits Element Group

Element Group is an international company that manufactures wear and spare parts to Europe, the Middle East, Africa, South America, and the CIS region. The brand’s mission remains stable: to help mining companies to cut operational costs on equipment maintenance. The company also states its priority to save employment and provide a safe working environment for employees in all seven countries hosting Element’s representatives.

The board of directors changed the ownership and legal structure of the group. The Russian representative office is transformed to Mining Element Ltd. Co. to an independent entity that is no longer a subsidiary of Element Group.

Mining Element Ltd. Co. as an independent company will continue to serve the CIS market in the future and continue to fulfill current contractual and warranty obligations.
