Mining Element Celebrates Its Seventh Year
Mining Element is celebrating its seventh anniversary. Throughout its history, the company has launched dozens of products for the mining and non-mining sectors in Russia and the CIS, producing over 30,000 tons of products. It has collaborated and continues to work with more than 400 mining and non-mining enterprises. A key priority for Mining Element remains a commitment to product quality and service level.
In honor of its seventh anniversary, Mining Element has prepared a promotional video showcasing its work with customers, partners, and dealers. The video highlights the company's entire cycle of operations – from designing parts to providing technical support at customer sites.
Expanding Horizons
Over seven years, Mining Element has served 434 companies in Russia, CIS countries, and Europe, supplying Element's spare and wear parts for their equipment. The company boasts partner sites in Russia, China, South Africa, Turkey, Iran, India, Belarus, and four warehouses in Russia and China. Mining Element works with seven dealers across Russia. Based on customer needs, Mining Element offers an assortment of 120,000 items, including unique products for the Russian market like THOR, NovaTHOR, CHRON, and rubber-magnetic linings. Over seven years, the company has produced more than 30,000 tons of products from its own designs.
A Focus on Quality
A key development direction for the company is its focus on quality. Marat Abdurakhimov, Development Director at Mining Element, compared Element to brands that have left the Russian market.
"With the departure of companies from the Russian market, we provide the same service as they did. This means that our customers receive the support, service, and parts they were accustomed to in pre-crisis times. Technical support, stock availability, quality parts, and guarantees – these are the global standards we embody," he explained.
Thus, Mining Element has thrice confirmed compliance with ISO 9001 standards, proving that its processes and Quality Management System meet global standards. This document guarantees the best combination of price and quality for customers.
Since its inception, the company has grown, increasing its team of professionals. More specialists are improving processes in all directions – the team grew from three people in early 2017 to 120. The Element University online platform, created for employees, allows for continuous development of their competencies and gathering experts from other industries.
The company uses an individual approach for each client, offering both standard products and solutions tailored to customer needs. To date, more than 75 enterprises have ordered the reverse-engineering service.
A unique approach to clients defines one of the main directions for the company's further development. "We've always viewed the market as a field and saw ourselves as farmers. That has been our philosophy since the beginning. Now, as one of the market leaders, we fully embrace this concept. Our task is to care for a market that is rapidly changing. Therefore, we need to cultivate something new on it, work, create products, and think about our customers," said Marat Abdurakhimov.
With the company's growth comes increased responsibility – now not only for the efficiency of mining enterprises' processes but also for the development of the entire industry. Mining Element thanks all partners, customers, employees, and dealers for jointly promoting the development of the mining and non-mining industries in Russia.
